Information on the processing of data
All users are invited to read this information pursuant to and for the purposes of Art.13 of the European Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), which sets out the methods of processing personal data by users who visit such a site.
The information is not valid for other websites that may be consulted through our links, of which the Company GP Ingegneria S.R.L. is in no way responsible.
The information is also inspired by Recommendation No. 2/2001 that the European Data Protection Authorities gathered in the group established by art. 29 of Directive n. 95/46/EC adopted on 17 May 2001 to identify minimum requirements for the collection of personal data on – line or modalities, time, and nature of the information that the controllers must provide to users when they link to the website.
a. Data Controller
The data controller of personal data, relating to identified or identifiable persons processed following consultation of our site, is the Company GP Ingegneria S.R.L. with registered office in viale Tiziano 3, Rome.
b. Purpose of processing
The personal data provided by users who make requests for services are used, on the basis of the legitimate interest of the Data Controller, as a result of the request made by the data subject, for the sole purpose of performing the service or the service requested.
c. Communication of personal data
Personal data are not disclosed to third parties unless the communication is required by law or is strictly necessary for the fulfillment of requests.
d. Types of data processed
The Web server of GP Ingegneria, whose management is entrusted to third parties, acquires during its normal operation some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects. This category includes: the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by users connecting to the site, the URI notated addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the file size obtained in response, the numeric code indicating the response status given by the server and other parameters related to the operating system and the computer environment of the user.
Such data are used only for statistical purposes in an anonymous key related to the use of the site and its proper functioning, therefore they are deleted immediately after their processing.
e. Data provided voluntarily by users
The optional and voluntary sending of data through the electronic mail system involves the consequent acquisition of the sender’s address necessary to respond to the requests of the data subject, as well as any other data that were provided.
f. Cookies
During navigation on the Site there is no automatic release of cookies.
g. Optional provision of data
With the sole exclusion of the navigation data seen above, the user is free to provide personal data to request the services offered by the Company. Failure to provide them will not prevent navigation on the site.
h. Methods of data processing and storage
Personal data are also processed through the use of computer tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, in accordance with the provisions contained in the GDPR respecting the rules of lawfulness, correctness, relevance and not excess.
Specific security measures are observed to prevent data loss, unlawful or incorrect use and unauthorized access.
i. Place of processing
Personal data will be processed within the European Union. If for technical and/or operational issues it is necessary to make use of subjects located outside the European Union, it is already guaranteed that the transfer to these subjects, limited to the performance of specific Processing activities, will be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the GDPR.
l. Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to Articles 13, 15-22 of the GDPR, the data subject has the right, in particular:
– to obtain confirmation that personal data concerning them are being processed or not;
– to obtain access to the data and the following information (purpose of processing, categories of personal data, recipients and/or categories of recipients, retention period);
– to obtain the rectification or integration of inaccurate personal data concerning him;
– obtain the deletion of personal data concerning him in the cases provided for by art. 17 GDPR;
– to obtain that the personal data concerning them are only stored without any other use being made in the cases provided for by art. 18 GDPR;
– to receive personal data relating to him processed by automated means, if they are processed under the contract or on the basis of his consent.
Finally, the data subject has the right to complain to the supervisory authority.

m. Amendments to this Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to update this information at any time. It is therefore advisable to carry out periodic checks in order to be up to date on the Company’s privacy policy.

The contents present within the site are protected under the laws on copyright, patents and intellectual property and are accessible by the user for simple personal use; in no case is reproduction allowed (even partial) or sale for profit or for any other purpose. GP Ingegneria S.R.L. reserves the right to prosecute persons who will make improper use of the material on the website.
The information contained in this site is provided in good faith and the undersigned Company considers them accurate. In no case will GP Ingegneria be held responsible for any direct or indirect damage caused by the use and consultation of this site. The information contained in it may be technically inaccurate or vitiated by typographical errors. The information may be changed or updated without notice. GP Engineering may also improve, change or delete certain sections of this site without notice.
GP Ingegneria assumes no responsibility for materials created or published by third parties with which the GP Ingegneria site has a link. Those who decide to visit a site linked to GP Engineering do so at their own risk, taking the burden of taking all necessary measures against viruses or other destructive elements.
